I think there is a good chance they will.....On the basis that this transaction makes no sense, and the fact the board is being investigated for breaching ownership regulations and going to extensive lengths to conceal information that should be available to the market, theses shares should be cancelled. Nothing of this nature should be possible until the uncertainty is cleared up.
