As can be seen all the acquisitions were by off market transfer (ie didn't get included in daily trade volume). So imo they are just transferring it between related parties for whatever reasons. For example the 2M acquired by ASF was acquired from Jia Song (see the earlier ann) by OMT who is a related party.
Now they've acquired another 37M by OMT. Who from? There should be a change (or cease) of substantial shareholder notice to explain this 37M since its more than 5%, unless it was taken in a range of smaller amount from a bunch of parties though I can't see how thats possible.
In other words, I have NFI what these people are up to and have decided to stop trying to understand.
