I think we will find L1 surprisingly were able to sell their entire holdings just before the final trading halt. Will likely be an announcement, no longer substantial holder, in the next couple of days... advising that L1 sold their shares within hours of the final trading halt.

I expect KBL directors came out of trading halt for one more day to let L1 unload the balance of their holdings, take and additional +$300k from mum and dad investors, and then the directors announced the final trading halt followed by VA.

Hope I am wrong, as this would be disgusting, unethical behavior.
