Noble will be back with a higher bid, whether Exxaro is prepared to push it higher is another thing. I'm reckoning that Noble will offer 55 cents of higher, if they only offer a few cents more they know that Exxaro will trump them again.
I agree, hold tight because you can't get any less than 46 cents and there's a 99% chance of a higher bid.
Noble has 30% of TTY and has a cost base of more then 57 cents, I can't see them selling to Exxaro for 46 cents.
Noble helped during the GFC, but remember they were only looking after the own skin.
