And how long will it take to go into production...
The beauty about FMS resourse in the pilgarra is that it is mainly DSO close to the surface which means lower cost to extract...
Realistically if they get the infrastructure option sorted soon they could be in production on or around 2014-15 and the SP should rise expontentially as the project would then be primarily derisked......
FMS have also been talking to steel mills on offtake agreement so they are targetting some major customers...
I would hope the SP would by then be in your most concervative range of 65-105cents.
Thats why i am prepared to sit tight on this one...and top up when price dips...
