re: Ann: Becoming a substantial holder in FMS... Just guessing but something to do with Deutsche Bank, buying enough securities to either lend out for shorting, or they or their clients have shorted FMS and have had to buy them back to close existing open short trades.

They now have 138 million shares or 7.59%. According to ASIC short tables, only 33 million FMS shares are short sold, up until the 16th of Feb.

I would have expected these to have been closed by now, at a loss. Maybe the broker (possibly a CFD provider) for these short sold shares, (the 33 million)was buying them back recently for 30c two days ago.

Worst and unlikely case, is Deutsch is buying up to sell short now, having voted no with enough votes to thwart Viktors bid, in order to make a whole lot of cash. Might be legal, although very dodgy. This is just my fear talking, and this is not likely so please dont be spooked by this theory.

Otherwise I'm in the dark as to the nature of Deutsche Bank's activities here. Can anyone else shed some more light here?
