If you were a MD of a company would you let a 5% holder make decisions for you. If you think Andrew Forrest would do that then you are sadly mistaken.
I cannot understand where some of you do their thinking. Andrew and Viktor are not even related in any way they come from completely different ethnic backgrounds. One is possibly Scottish, the other Russian possibly not Orthodox.
If you can't understand the only reason FMG may not want FMS is because FMG already has huge reserves of I. O. then you do not understand what is going on.
On the other hand Big Kev gave FMG a big chunk for peanuts before he realised what it is worth. It is possible because they are adjacent then if FMG were to want to develop the adjoining lot then having ours might make sense.
We do not have a clue as to what is happening until it happens.
