Looks like the old 'dutch sandwich' (please no play on words on this !) - nothing is ever simple is it?
There may be a fat balding little man wearing an Hawaiian shirt, shorts, sandals and long socks sipping a coconut juice in the Canary Islands who is reading HC on esg as we speak :)
