Yeah - im certainly confused by it. The two statements do appear contradictory in respect of the "agreement". I actually suspect Harbour may have jumped the gun with their announcement, but this is based on no knowledge, just my view.
Yes, looking forward to it concluding either way but I do consider STO has a healthy future on its own, which would be my preferred outcome.
