I suggest you look at Santos announcement of today. It makes a mockery of your claims.

Their initial offer was that anybody could roll their shares in a private company. Big deal.
What sweet deal have they made? That is your statement - they have made one. All I see is that they have transferred their shares across - contrary to the agreement they had with Santos - Again from Santos announcement of today. So please tell us what sweet deal agreement they have made.

And what happens if a company wishes to make a takeover and not wish to take Santos off the board? Who is going to be sitting at 15%. If you got 75% or more, you do what you like!

And please spare me your puerile sanctimonious advise about me having contempt for women. That is more a reflection on you than me.
