    Harbour - is a SPV set up to bid for STO .......

    the announc tells you that ENN/Horny etal have "accepted" Harbour vehicle "paper" in exchange for the shares that the 3 china-inc companies control.

    the reason you haven't seen a large x-ing in the stock - is that its a "pre-bid" acceptqance.......

    this means:
    1. Harb only needs to garner support from 30odd % of the remaining 85odd % of stock outstanding to gain control of STO,
    2. the "pre-bid" is where the interesting bit may be ....ie "if bid gets inc'ed", then ENN/Horny et al -also get same inc in offer (ie cash inc, or inc in no of harb shares issued)...
    3. the STO Board, at best, will see a modest inc in cash component (likely to be via special ff divvy.....imho), as this would be "santos" paying" to essentially be acquired ......
    4. as Croas has indicated - the last stumbling block - is FIRB .......


    game-set-match .....plus / minus abt 20c (on conditional offer, adj for FX) .........again imho.
