ENN never sold Harbour their shares. ENN have said from the beginning they want to stay invested in STO and Harbour have accomodated their wishes by forming a seperate company for their shares. I assume they have formed an alliance similar to the one formed between ENN and Hony. It was always going to be done along these lines but as Terrible Tadpole has said in his post it seems to have created a blocking stake whether by accident or a tactic. DYOR
