Well if I wasn't in hospital at the time I would have bought the bottom at 65cents so had to make do with the holdings I collected in the low 80cents and mid 70cent ranges. On this basis I'm doing better than Seven, having sold in the mid to high 90cent range. As I said Seven are probably accumulating strategic stakes or the future. That's not my game. Time will tell who the experts are. I'm saying they will probably be able to buy cheaper in the future. Just look at how the "smart" billionaires got burnt with there investments in TEN. Got to say so smart arses traders caught me out at 27cents with TEN when they leaked the news of the FoxTel bid through the AFR, then our friend Rupert changed his mind down to 23cents. Now his taken off with his tail between his legs and I'm relying on Gordon to see my money back. Oh well just a another stock that sits in my portfolio. Still my entry price is well ahead of Packer, Murdoch and Gina. Just because you've got money my friend doesn't make you smart. People should stick to their knitting. What does a guy who runs a media group and sells big trucks know about the long run prospects of oil and gas in this world or the detailed prospects of the Cooper Basin? laugh as much as you like.
