1AG came on my radar because of the SNC Substantial Buy. In great part I consider SNC did my "deep" diligence/research for me. Specifically: 1) doing the books and figuring 1AG is a solvent, ie. a real and healthy company; 2) Proving 1AG is not a pump/scam; 3) Valuation, and determining 1AG to be undervalued, and; 4) Once determined as undervalued by SNC they would've developed a strategy(s) to unlock that value for the benefit of SNC holders, and consequently 1AG holders.

1AG itself, as many here know is in a very long term secular uptrend: agriculture. Further, 1AG is in a very hot commodity in a bullish space: milk. Throw in a few other good things, eg. land, whose address is Australia; Australia's reputation for "clean" soil, water, produce, meat, milk, etc... And a winner is born.

Therefore, beyond the agricultural theme -- remember, you're killer app-smart screen is useless if you're too feeble from hunger to hold -- SNC has found an angle, a promise of oversized profits. Could this take the form of stategic acquisition advice? Tailoring 1AG to appeal to another operation, eg. A2M, BAL, RFF as a "tuck in" take over?

Figuring SNC's strategy(s) is wild speculation on my part. The reality is, in part, it's what SNC do.
