Yeah it's the only thing I can think of - either a new acquisition or to transfer their Madagascar project. The Gabon government appears to have them by the short and curlies and they may be worried about losing assets. If those assets, and their cash, are with JKA then perhaps it gets them out of Gabon's reach.
