Have I missed a news item or ann' saying Flannery sold these 11,209,001 shares on 12th Dec. which are a large part of the huge [for EPW] 11,558,861 shares to change hands on the 12/12/'17 or are you asking the question: were they were his shares?

I agree PPT may engage in shorting EPW but they also have a large portfolio of dividend stocks and pay a fair dividend to their s'holders from memory so they could also become long term substantial holders.
