I have been holding HHY over the last couple of years and it has been very kind to me. I bought some at 17 cents today after seeing MVT on the register. Wondering if there some tax losses on the HHY balance sheet they can utilize. A scrip bid from MVT may well make sense.

MVT doing nicely, INA reported well, API likewise and if they can get all of HHY in a scrip bid we can see MVT boost the size of the company. I think ideally the plan for MVT would be to reduce their percentage exposure in INA by not selling but rather growing MVT through acquisition of shell companies.

Just my thoughts haven't actually heard this from the company.
