With that money they can then buy what they promised to pay Prana for the 60% of the ownership. This is how you rob companies IMO. Perhaps it is not so simple but looks like it would. Possible only when the market capital is small.

Sounds cynical but that's the games we play investing in a small fish in a tank of sharks.. Just.my opinion
