    I was mistaken - my initial assumption was that the MAT substantial shareholder notice was lodged as part of them supporting the capital raising - I was under the impression that they were buying the new equity and therby diluting us.

    Got a bit ahead of myself.

    You are correct though... this changes the dynamics.

    Hope they get a board seat. They have some interesting projects and seem to be adding value in some way.
