I don't suggest BNR's funding position is resolved by the 17% acquisition by MAT. We don't know who MAT got the shares from but I doubt it was a goodwill by BNR itself.

It is having a funded company like MAT on the share register that may help BNR resolve funding issues. Maybe a MAT rep on BNR's Board.

The 3 cent raising announced today by BNR seems to be more than coincidence - maybe.

BNR's raising will dilute MAT's holding. Maybe MAT's intent in taking a 17% stake in BNR will come to light sooner rather than later. Is a MAT takeover on the cards before the raising? Let's wait and see.
