The answer has been revealed. I am, however, gobsmacked at how easily they have accumulated 5%. They have been very sneaky though sometimes buying and other times the the buy depth is next to nothing. Still the sellers should be ashamed that an insto has bought in significant chunks (in a small cap company) and the price has barely moved.
Good signs for us holders.
