Put simly if you put our Tassie interests up on the open market I believe (without any real knowledge or understanding) that the stormont venture would be the only saleable item and that we would get nothing like our $8 million dollars back. So taking into account the failed capital raising fnt no longer had the capability to progress the Tassie tenements and the share holder sentiment the decision to divest was probably made. Remembering this is all my guess work and I have never spoken to management. P.M. probably believes that tassie is still a goer and concocted the current scheme to progress Tassie and keep some value for fnt share holders (even if you don't value that at $8 mill).
