they are simply providing Sub S/H notices every time they go above/below the 5% limit.

clearly they are trading.
not clear to me exactly what they are doing.
Some seems to be on their own account, and some on account of clients.

Mathew Capital seems to have previously lent DB scrip.

I think DB Aust operations are doing one thing, and DB o/seas may be doing something else.

there may well be a core holding which is held by DB on behalf of a stalker, but who knows?

I do think that, on balance, the fact that DB has identified BOW as an opportunity to make a buck, that its got to be a positive.
