it's pretty clear that DB is trading in BOW, seemingly on a daily basis.
because we only get info when they lodge a SuB s/h notice, we will be in the dark now that they have gone below the 5% threshold.
in the Sub s/h n lodged this morning, where they dropped below 5%, they actually bought shares on 2 Aug, but also sold, roughly maybe sold 400,000 odd more than they bought.
given that the big dump was yesterday, 4th Aug, we probably will not know effect DB had yesterday, as they won't have to lodge a Sub s/h notice now that they are below that 5% number.
DB had borrowed BOW scrip so is actively trading BOW as we have seen. So whilst there may well be plenty of speculative trading by the little guys, i am sure the big traders/funds are having a big impact also.
