Not the best use of $ by AOK IMHO. Unsure why they would enter into such an agreement - SXX doesn't look like the best company to get into bed with. Hope there was no related party business.....

Interestingly SXX is having a vote on a hostile board spill in August. Wonder which way AOK will vote....
