Would have thought that all entitled recipients of the 6.5c options would have taken up offer, though certain that quite a lot sold fully paid shares on market to pay for these options. Reason why shares decreased in the manner they did over the last couple of weeks.
However, should they not have taken up full offer, knowing it was fully guaranteed, who/what entity would have picked up the left overs. Could it be one of the directors? We will have to wait for the announcement I suppose.
Of course they (the directors, management and PR Officer) are ALL too busy to look after the parent company (DGR) and it's average shareholders. They, the director are being paid anyway and being paid a lot more by the other companies they ALSO manage (no conflict here). Huge DGR salary + DGR bonus options + extra salaries and bonuses from subs = Lots of money to directors.
They have only a certain amount of time in the day to fulfill their responsibilities in ALL. Anyway, that option money is now in the bank. What project will make my special interest group the most next?
