i noticed the 2 substantial notices.
Clarke Dudley getting 18,900,005 shares for $738,005 or about 4c each.
Tootub Pty Ltd getting 2,500,000 shares for $250,000 or about 10c each.
Can anyone explain to me why they received shares so cheap given price is about 60c?
Based on existing market cap it would indicate about 20,000,000 shares are on issue but now this has doubled with a modest cash increase. Value of the shares added would be $12 million but less than a million injected.
I am a little perplexed. Can anyone enlighten me.
