Wow CDB certainly stirs the emotions in people.
I can understand why given management's history (both personally & professionally).
Nonetheless I think the real story has been missed.
The interesting player is not Farquhar but the "Associated Shareholders"
DYOR as they say.
FWIW these guys could never accumulate enough due to the 50m in escrow so this was the only way to go.
And the ASX responded accordingly (rather than any perceived initiative) with management caught off-guard.
Now even the judge is questioning how Darby is actually a director.
Management have no real estate left to move.
Decision coming.
