This man from WAM told me today he thinks Downer might try to list its mining arm under an IPO seeing as no one has stepped forward to do a Managenent buy out.

I also saw one of the reasons Watpac is now selling its mining division is it lost two important contracts.
Presumably one of them was Ramelius Resources Mt Magnet which went to Maca although I am not certain on this.
It will be interesting to see the way things settle down in the next few months with all this movement and change in the sector .
