SIMPLE geological facts about the Beadell deposits:
    a) There are lots of high grade, coarse gold drill intersections.
    b) They are located geographically in a region of high weathering and erosion.
    c) This means that coarse gold from now eroded (and naturally removed) gold bearing terrain will be left behind as heavy mineral coarse concentrate along the flood plains of the river system.
    d) There are gravel deposits alongside the nearby river system. This is a big red flag that there is potential for alluvial gold and there are excellent conditions for the concentration of alluvial placer gold deposits.

    Questions:
    a) Why did the previous Beadell Director of Geology, (who I shall not name because the mods are watching) decide to not explore for alluvial gold? Why not even a token exploration effort for alluvial gold?
    b) What was wrong with the guy? Was he just inept?
