Got a call from Hostplus whom I have my shares through reminding me that due to their shares policy I am unable to hold overseas shares and that based on the yes acceptance I will need to sell them or if I do nothing they are obliged to sell then by Thursday.
I am hoping for a NO vote as the offer is not fair. If its a no the share price will slide so stuck between a rock and a hard place.
