As awful as it might seem as a shareholder, there is nothing to do here really guys but sell. Once 75% or so is reached, it may be wound up in the ASX if Beach deems it so. I would honestly recommend the sell, as 20 cents is a very good premium to current price and also, ADE is and was running out of cash, although with rich assets. As a Beach shareholder, I see this acquisition very fitting to the portfolio and yes, if there was no gain to be had, our supreme dealer Reginald Nelson wouldn't touch it. I'm not in any way having an 'I told you so' moment, but it really is a very good offer, in a market where cash is king now and ADE really wont be able to hold on and this is an exceptional offer. Yes, you could get more value if you dont sell, but the situation is that you want have the power to get it out of the ground
