Their release says in part, "the offer price will not be increased under this offer." Note the word THIS.
Yes BPT have control of ADE but of the shares remaining and after excluding BPT and Walker, they have only picked up just over ONE-THIRD.
Come on BPT if you want to get to 90% we need more than 20 cents. Over to you.
