you're the shareholder with an interest in current proceedings. not me!! you read it and work out what's there and what isn't!!

im just an ex who keeps an eye on a stock i once owned, and that was very good to me.

i asked what your basis was for a valuation of "at least 55c" and you served me some dribble about because you dont want to sell.

the truth is, you just feel you're owed 55c because of the offer you didnt accept 2 years ago.
but that was then and this is now.
and there's 180 pages of info to explain why.
