Obviously the company required a cap raising at some stage, but it's possible the company was approached after the Labcon announcement. The stock rose to nearly 10c that day so anyone wanting a significant stake would have to pay up. Better to approach the company and make an offer. Could be wrong, but I think we should consider this possibility as an alternative to the above scenario.
