All good Soothsayer. As you said it happens numerous times with other coys. I don't find it suspicious at all. The company needs cash to grow the business so it was smart for them to do the cash raise after the contract announcement which means they could do the raise at a higher price with less dilution. Better for the long-termers in this stock.
