Your post is laughable and misleading. the company is required to announce a material contract when is signed. cash is short and its capping the name from moving up, so instead of keep it tight till early next year at the risk of seeing this overhang furthe pressure the stock, they are raising now. smart move. overhang removed.
great move for shareholders. for non holders, you can stil buy on market and join the party before you competely miss out.
