    Question
    If an offer is declared at 5.5 this basically limits the price at 5.5 allowing the raider to top up below the offer price while there are sell orders at these prices.
    Shouldn't the company be in a trading halt to prevent the Raider from taking advantage of the price limit he has imposed ?
