Without the 75% what happens to the board of directors i.e. are BCP able to appoint one of their own people or can they only put them up for nomination?????
Please correct me if I'm wrong but I'm thinking we will be left with BCP having say 65-70% of shares (and unlikely to sell below their buying price) and remaining holders being those who see the company as worth more than 5.5c.
BCP could have just done us a huge favour and placed a floor under the short to medium term SP.
