What a sensational announcement.

I admit bias & euphoria but it has nailed every issue including;
- the consortium history spanning over 5 years,
- the rumours & accusations of payments/stipends to people working on the consortium,
- ongoing & lengthy dealings with the ABG & former Mining Ministers,
- a detailed explanation of the law in relation to the Bougainville Mining Act, and the related paties roles within it,
- the invalid EL extension application by BCL.

In layman's language that everyone can digest & understand, even the stirrers & naysayers keeping the pot boiling yesterday.

And all respectfully addressed without the snide remarks like - "A dissident landowner, Philip Miriori is at the centre of the dispute" - that characterised BCL's interviews & reports.

I must admit I was not expecting this & so soon after the Warden's hearing, but obviously RTG had taken a different & more communicative approach in recent times.
