I am just rounding out the numbers on my current holding, as we know often after a C R we see a share price drop to around the offer price; (5.6c) however, in this case I think most shareholders see this as a positive move for the company. I know an SPP would have been nice for all holders but as we know from other companies the brokers and underwriters always take their pound of flesh.
This company being so tightly held also makes it as we know practically illiquid; however, I doubt this will be much of a problem once these resources are better understood.
We can look forward to the upcoming drilling and hopefully a decent shallow depth JORC resource can be confirmed, that being the case we should be off to the races.
However, we should not lose sight that we do have more work to do; personally I remain confident but please remember these are only my thoughts and are not to be taken as any kind of financial advice. The recent moves in the Gold price can only help and hopefully it won’t be too long before we see the price in AUD back to its historical high.
