Rulings in Singapore by this court are binding on courts and jurisdictions under the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards under the UN Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards 1958 (New York Convention).
My read is that any liability imposed by the SICC will likely be able to be binding over a wide jurisdiction.
