They drive on the right side of the road but the driver side is the same as Australia lmao. Many of the cars are sourced from Thailand which is the same side as us. There must be quite a lot of Christians down there as i saw probably 10 churches while i was there. Most are still buddhist though and they do not speak kindly of muslims. I also visited a hot spring where you could cook eggs in it.

I don't know how to upload video but i got a picture of the hydro. Kyaing Tong = Keng Tung. The spelling in English can vary. Lashio might even be spelt differently down there.

Hi RandomAce

This is a dumb question, but are these pictures from around Lashio (650 kilometres from the Thai border) or a town called Kengtung further to the south? (around 250 kilometres from the Thai border) It would seem on a second reading, the latter

Personally, i think you're quite lucky to see the region before it starts to open up to trade and external influence. Thanks for the pictures
