Do you have anything new to add?
They have been saying since July that first shipment would be 12-15 months from completion of finance. I'm happy they are now putting out a timeframe for first shipment. Original timelines indicated commissioning and ramp-up before first shipment will be 6 months.
If we take 'early 2020' for first shipment as end of Q1 2020 that would mean completion of plant construction by end of Q3 2019. The completion of all the site roads, the tailings storage facility, the camp and the preparation of the plant site earthworks gives them a head start. They can focus on procurement and construction of the plant.
The wet season ends in April. That gives them a 5-month window to build the plant buildings and install the plant.
We'd need finance resolved by the end of January to give enough time for procurement and delivery of plant as well as construction and commissioning to achieve an end Q1 2020 shipment.
Making some assumptions here but given the dry season is from May to November then this is the period during which they would need to start the pit and stock-piling ore ( to avoid the wet season ).
