Its pretty obvious what's going on, they are trying to get new finance, there is not a lot else they can do other than some prep work and keep spending to the minimum untill that is finalised...it will take the time it takes but they need a finance package that covers total spending to production from stage one.

Its good to see they have largely dropped comment on stage two now, let's get producing first then look at expanding...

Its tough getting a good funding package for any small project as we have just found out, punters want quick results yet that often ends up with a poor outcome...
