Interesting article and it highlights what I have always thought about the EV projected uptake. I think the figures are conservative and that demand will continue to compound. India is the dark horse and uptake there is steadily increasing. They are shifting from LFP batteries to NMC compound batteries for larger vehicles. They are also talking about megafactories for battery production. The Indian government has stated that there will be no new diesel/petrol vehicles after 2030 so they need to ramp up infrastructure. Heaps of EV battery conferences in India this year - the most recent in Delhi in February.
