The above type of statement is just plain wrong. Every company that is in a long term suspension is the fault of the BOD and Management, no-one else to blame at all.
If WFE had gone about this in the correct manner by doing the appropriate feasibility study with independent experts ticking off everything along the way, there would have never been the need for any suspension at all.
