I can tell you one thing for certain, any service provider out there will regularly miss the deadlines that they set with their clients because they have more than one client to service at any given time, they need to be doing BD to ensure they have future work, and last but not least s#$t happens in their business and personal lives that causes delays in completing work.

Next thing you'll be telling us that if the consultants were on the Etheopian Air flight that went down and all of their work was destroyed as a result, resulting in the deadline being missed, that's WFE's fault too...
