So why would WFE announce a date in the first place for the valuation release then? Common sense says if the so called expert (METS) , with a great reputation and paid a handsome fee and expenses should have delivered to WFE before that date. ie WFE are accountable for the third parties they choose and allowing enough lead up time for release by the deadline date.
