ozblue I am talking about the relationship between company and shareholder. Yes clearly there are rules and regulations, yet I feel no company can hand on heart say they have adhered to every regulation set forth by governing bodies. Laws in themselves are subjective.
On a side note, sarcastic tones don't further your argument by putting someone down, they highlight an unwarranted aggression.
